Ingredients: Each Tablet Contains: Proprietary blend 440 mg* of: Cascara Sagrada (bark), Bayberry (bark), Rhubarb (root), Raspberry (leaf), Fennel (seed), Slippery Elm (bark), Cayenne (fruit), Ginger (root), Microcrystalline Cellulose, TriCalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Stearine.

Usage: 1 tablet daily or as directed

Contraindications: Contraindicated in pregnancy. Cascara sagrada is purgative, and may be too harsh for children. Ginger should not be taken in large doses with anticoagulant drugs (small amounts are included in this formula).
