Core Level Manganese
Manganese is a mineral that has been known to improve almost every body function. Most clients I see are low in trace mineral manganese. Overdosage of manganese can occur with manganese products that have high milligram dosages. The product I use in my practice gently improves your manganese levels.

Core Level Manganese contains a small amount of niacin which is vitamin B-3. Niacin can sometimes cause a "niacin flush," which is a healthy thing.
Usage: An adult can take 6 per day, spreading them out throughout the day. If there is unusual joint or back pain, these amounts can be doubled spreading them out throughout the day.
